Community Sourced Resource Navigation.
Found yourself bounced around between organizations and running in circles trying to get to different organizations to have each person telling you something different!? Get a referral and find yourself more traumatized than successfully helped? Our team of trained CHWs specializing in sitting down and having a conversation about your unique situation and needs. We craft a unique list of resources provided to us by real people in the community who have used these resources. Instead of handing you the list and sending you on your way, we work to get you set up with all appointments and services that fit your needs. Informational Materials.
With the internet, comes a lot of misinformation. We firmly believe in word of mouth as a core to spreading information but what happens when that information is misleading? Our team has worked to build fun, understandable, and comprehensible educational material to break down barriers to information and make it understandable to those that could benefit the most from this material. These can also be located in our Vending Machines! Donations are accepted to help continue empowering the community because knowledge is power!

Fundraising, potlucks, food drives, you name it and we are doing it! SHAPE’s mission is to bring the community together for events ranging from family-friendly to adult nights out to connect people in the community together.
